Children's Hospice South West Precious Lives Appeal
Founder: Jill and Eddie Farwell in 1991Registered Charity No: 1003314 Did you know that in the South West alone there are over 1,000 families with life-limited children? Life-limited means that they are unlikely to live into adulthood. Children’s Hospice South West is the only organisation in the South West providing respite, palliative and end-of-life care to these families and is dedicated to making the most of these short and precious lives whilst offering support to their families for as long as it is needed. At our two hospices, Little Bridge House in North Devon and Charlton Farm in North Somerset, Children’s Hospice South West accepts children and their families from South Gloucester, Bristol, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
